  The best way I can explain how we felt about this property at Plantations at Princeville was sadness. We felt that way because we had to leave it. We felt as if we were leaving our home. It provided everything we needed and the accomodations were beautiful. Plus the proximity to everything was perfect. So GO! You'll never regret it!

  Loved the placed. The fact that everyone had their own bathroom and didn't have to fight. Loved that it had a pool near where we could tan, swim, relax in the hot tub or bbq. Had everything we needed; kitchen supplies, soaps, washer/dryer, etc.
  
  Definitely recommend coming here!!! We'll be coming back again, if we plan on staying on the North shore again.
  
  ..Also, it was nice living so close to Princeville shopping. For groceries, restaurants, and shopping.

  Had a great 10 day stay the end of June. The lanai is wonderful although the outdoor electric grill it pretty whimpy. Never could get it above 250 degrees. The connector also likes to slip out while you think it is cooking so you have to keep a very close eye on it. Two of the three boogie boards were broken. Their were the cheap kind. We ended up buying one from Costco and leaving it behind...a donation to the cause (the nice Body Glove one). Enjoy! Since the unit is on the pool side, we did get to enjoy quite a bit of pool noise (very loud kids having fun), so if that bugs you, you might want to look at a unit that doesn't back up to the pool. The TV in the master bedroom needs to be degaussed (off colors in the four corners). Other than that, the condo was fabulous. The furnishings are very nice. We really enjoyed the 3 bathrooms. With 3 kids, the girls could share one and the boy got the other. The master bath is huge. Loved the 4 sliding glass doors to the lanai. You just opened them all up and had a nice breeze flowing through.
  
  One other note, the directions we had from REMAX need fixing. They direct you to the 900 unit. We arrived in the dark and it was raining...hard to see the unit numbers. Since the 900 building and the 1000 build are not next to each other or even across from each other it took a while to find the right place.
  
  These are all minor details. We are definitely planning to rent this unit again.

• The Plantation is a great place to stay on Kauai! It's new, clean and a great location. The hot tub is a perfect end to the day. The design also takes advantage of the cool trade winds. We love it and hope to stay there again next year.

  Plantations 1021 was fanatastic. There were 5 of us staying there for 6 nights and we could not have asked for a nicer place. We enjoyed being on the 2nd floor for great views and the nice breezes. The only negative comment I have is we were told we could use the bikes and beach equipment in the garage but were not given access to the garage during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

  we were ready to move in for good. the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. air conditioning. well stocked kitchen.washer,dryer, gas bbq. close to grocery store.lovely pool.not too far to tunnels beach. we can't wait to go back. not a single complaint.for a family of 5 it was perfect!!!!!!!!!!

  Great place, especially liked that beach gear was available - towels, chairs, boogie boards, coolers. All units are stocked with beginning supplies which is very nice. The only downside was that it was a bit noisy being by the pool -although that did close
  down by 10pm - and there were a few nights of boisterous neighbors up late - so we would definitly go back to the Plantations, but choose a unit away from the pool/busy area. We also enjoyed being in a top floor unit. No air in bedrooms 2 & 3 which can
  get warm at night -so we left doors open and fans on....

  My husband and I rented #1021 for 4 months. The condo has a perfect floor plan that allowed us and our occasional visitors privacy and comfort. From the MBR, when the surf is high, the waves actually lull you to sleep. The complex is well maintained and had everything that is important to us; hot tub, pool, and fitness center. The scenery on the north shore is the most stunning on the island, and there are no better beaches either! We've already booked next year.

  The Remax staff and cleaning staff were very helpful and accommodating. The info provided inside the condo was helpful, too. The condo was clean except for the dusty ceiling fans but which were not a big deal. We would stay there again. We hope to come every few years.

  We love staying at The Plantations, especially this unit whch is new, has great upgrades, and is very spacious with a 3 bedroom/3 bath configuration. We also love the pool area.
