    We liked that there were 2 refrigerators in the kitchen & the amount of storage containers, knives etc and that the fry pans were still non-stick. Many rentals don't have things that nice. We do have to say that it was advertised with a large HD TV which we did not see. There were lots of TVs which was nice plus the fact many had DVD players hooked up to them so that we could rent movies from the grocery store. Also in the advertisement it indicated a hot tub but there was not one. The pool was very nice but it doesn't get/stay too warm even though the afternoons were very warm. You might consider a solar cover to retain some heat. I think it would be nice to have it for guests.

    Overall a very lovey place to stay.

    We really enjoyed our stay at this house and would rent again. We stayed at this house in October of 2009. The house itself is spacious and well appointed. There was easily room for 8 people without feeling atop of one another (though we were only 4 people). The kitchen has an endless supply of tools and equipment. The only real issues we had were a. the BBQ needs to be updated as it is a small one that uses bricks, b. the chaises need to be replaced (one was broken) and c. the house is showing some signs of age d. finding it at night was a nightmare at the directions were not great and e. there was no cable at the main TV (only DVDs). The only TV with cable was in the master. However, for the money, this is a great place to rent - provided that you do not need to be near the water.

    Also, the temp in the pool was perfect, even though it is not heated. I think this is because it is more of a plunge pool than anything else - but perfect for a quick dip to cool off.

    For a traditional, spacious, reasonably priced location this one is a great choice.
