  Our stay at Waipouli was everything we imagined it would be and more! Our children loved the pool and water slides. My wife and I liked the private lanai off of our room and Waipouli beach right by the condo's restaurant. It was so nice to arrive in Hawaii and 'come home' to a clean and well-stocked place. We can't wait to return! Thank you!

  We were provided the room for our last day as we had a late flight. It was great to have a place to hang out before departure. We didn't use anything in the condo except the fridge but it was spotless and well kept.

  The room was well very kept and maintained. The view was OK, being on the third floor helped with the view ( sliver of ocean ). If you want sunshine and a beach view, just go to the pool. The road noise was noticable at points in the daytime, but we could comfortably eat on the balcony every evening.

• I doubt seriously if you could a better venue for the money. Location was excellent, the condo was more than you could ask for, the pool, the beach; near perfect.

  The only itch was the traffic noise for those units facing or in proximity to the highway. Tolerable but certainly irritating on occassions.

  This condo is perfect for families! The two bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, and launsry in the unit made this vacation feel like a home away from home. Not to mention the incredible pool. Our family had a BLAST.

  This condo is central to everything on the island. It is a great resort for families with young children with the water slides & sand pool entrance. The beach is not sutable for swimming but there are many just a short drive away.

  We truly enjoyed our stay at the Waipouli Resort/condo. There were two things that I wish had been better dealt with our neighbors were smokers and it was very difficult to enjoy the ocean air, and there was no pantry space in which to put food! Otherwise great place to stay will stay again next year!!!

  The accommodations were excellent! However, those that choose to not get an ocean view are left with parking lot views which are less than desirable. Pay the extra $500. Also, Waipouli Resort should learn from other resorts and invest in a world class Fitness center. The one they have now even a 3-star hotel would out do. It was obviously an afterthought as opposed to designing it into the overall plan.

• The property was lovely but the location, overlooking the parking lot,close to the road was extremely noisy. Sitting out on the balcony was not great.

    There are Waipouli Beach Resort condos that have ocean views or partial ocean views. And there are others that face Kuhio Highway or the parking lot onsite. Our website pictures online shows the views outside the lanais of the bedrooms and the living rooms. We also have an onsite map to help you determine the position of the buildings in the Waipouli Resort. If guests prefer some ocean view, these units typically end in an even number, with the exception of a few units like A-207 with gorgeous ocean views. The nightly rate of course will be higher.
