  Great pool for the kids. Good location on the island with easy access to north and south shores. Clean, new, great kitchen and bathrooms, very comfortable.

  Never having been to Kaua'i (or Hawaii for that matter) we were unsure as to where to stay. We chose the Waipouli Condo based primarily on price and amenities but were so pleased with it's location as well.
  The condo is situated mid-way up the island on the east side. In other words, and as it turned out, in the middle of everywhere we wanted to be. The condo was right across the street from a grocery store, drug store, several small gift shops, two coffee shops and within walking distance of several nice restaurants. It was also just a short drive to a number of beautiful beaches perfect for enjoying with our two children. When not exploring the island we spent hours by the pool, the kids playing on the water slides and enjoying shave ice in the afternoons.
  We are planning on returning to Kaua'i sometime in the future and we will definitely be back to stay at the Waipouli Luxury Condos. Thanks so much!

  The stay was amazing and the people who helped us were great. Angela Phyca(Remax Employee) was a great source of information and a wonderful person to know. The house cleaning lady was such a tremendous help.
  The only 2 issues we had was the first 2-3 days the washer and dryer didnt work and the wired internet was out of order for our entire stay. It was a bit inconvienent for I had work to do. The resorts wirelss was a little less to be desired for the connection was minimal in the rooms. Overall the resort was beautiful the condo was luxurious and our stay there was 2 thumbs up. We will back next year for sure. Thank you all again and God bless.

  Our stay at Waipouli was even better then I hoped for. The condo was perfect,the pool area was fantastic. The only problem we had was getting 11 yr. old Anthony out of the pool. The condo was located in a good location close to shops and easy access to the highways for touring the island. The island saying of "No Worries" truly apply to our stay at Waipouli. We would recommend this vacation condo to everyone. We hope to be able to return again to Kauai. It is not hard to understand why the people of Kauai are so warm and friendly, the beauty of this island is overwhelming. WAIPOULI ROCKS!

  The condo was excelent, we have all we need, clean as in our house. We leave some stuf for the next visitors, I hope it helps. The pool was wondwrfull, the we use the barbecue ar nigth, it was great, forst time with "gas" barbecue. We are from Argentina and we use the "asado" with wood or charcoal. The beatch was great, but you have to use some food protection to get into the sea. The restaurant was great, we try "just for see" and we come back every day!!. We love the place and for sure, we will come back!!

  We were vacationing from Oahu during our childrens fall break. We stayed for 5 days. This condo was perfect for my family. It was very, very nice, clean and spacious. We were able to cook complete meals in the well equipped kitchen. The children loved the pool, especially the slides! Property manager was very courteous and helpful! Hope to come back again!!! Definitely recommended!!!

• Great place. Quiet, close to the pool and beach. Groceries, movie rentals, a 2 solid restaurants within 5 min walk. We really enjoyed the unit and resort. The unit is very private and the pool is phenomenal. We plan on returning.

  It was nice to have hot water in the room. (we did not have hot water in other room) However, the room smelled little mold and might be a bug in the bed. We had bitten by bug while we are sleep. Other than that we did like how convenient the place is.

  This condo was beautiful and spacious. The appliances were top notch, great bathrooms and comfortable beds. Great set-up for a family of 4. View was of the parking lots, but we weren't in the room much during the day, we were out enjoying the pool and
  many sites on the island, and the first floor location kept us out of elevators and up and down stair cases. Washer and dryer were a great convenience, and with grocery shopping right across the street, it couldn't be more simple. Must get food from Bobby
  V's Italian restaurant next door - absolutely amazing. And Bubba's Burger was tasty and inexpensive (perhaps not so healthy though. Also, right up the road on the ocean side of the street is a place you can rent boogie boards for a day ($4-8/day). Great vacation!

  Beds were on the hard side..not so comfortable. Took a while to figure out the furnance-and get the fan turned off from running constantly like when we arrived. Running all of the linens before our morning flight was a hassle. I did not have time to fold and put them away. Hope I am not penalized for that! As our unit was on the first floor and overlooking the parking lot, the famous ocean breezes were nonexistent. Could not leave doors open at night for safety, comfort, and privacy reasons-AC was needed! Tried to turn off AC while gone, but could not if we were in and out all day. Again, am concerned about being charged for this as it was stated that we would be charged for "unusual" electric bill. Don't know what the owner feels is unusual. Was very clean, but would not stay on the parking lot side again.

  The only thing that I wasn't expecting was that the beachfront was mostly rocks reef and coral. The pics I saw on the website made it look more sandy than it actually was. Beautiful, but not the best for playing in the ocean which I love to do. Overall I loved the place! Thanks
