  We were very happy with B301 at the Waipouli Beach Resort. The resort is wonderful, but the recession has impacted with the spa closed and the pool bar/restaurant closed. The pool, spa and beach are wonderful. Everyone at ReMax was helpful. Having a doorcode instead of a 'key' was great - especially with 5 of us coming in and out. The condo is beautiful. Only minor comment is that the 2 double beds are a bit worn in comparison to the wonderful king in the other room. The kitchen is great - top-of-the line appliances and just the amount of utensils/plates/pots/pans to meet our needs for 8 nights. We definitely recommend this condo and will be back in the future!

  The Kitchen was beautiful and useful. Sub Zero Refrigerator, Fisher & Paykel dishwasher, and granite countertops. It was very convenient to have a condo with a Kitchen as opposed to a typical hotel room. My five year old ate most of his meals at the Kitchen bar. The 3 adults had our breakfasts and most lunches in the room. We bought plastic cups, so we could take our drinks down to the pool.
  
  The bathrooms are very nice, as is the dark moulding. The view from the lanai is not very good, but we could have paid extra to stay in an ocean front room. In one room was a King size bed which was perfect. My father in law slept in the other room with 2 beds. He didn’t mind the beds, but they would have been way too soft for me. They should probably be replaced. The 2 beds would be OK for children but not for most adults.
  
  My son loved the water toys in the closet and the daily 9:05 Koi feeding. The 3 TV’s, washer and dryer were nice. The AC was great, but it annoyed my father in law.
  
  The pool was beautiful. It rained a lot on our trip, so we made good use of the 3 Jacuzzis.
  
  Overall, I really enjoyed my stay, and would stay here again.

  I highly recommend this place to all friends and family. The stovetop was a little hard to get used to cooking on, since we are used to gas, but other than that the place was amazing. Very clean and beautiful grounds.

  We travelled to Kauai from Australia in September/October 2008 for our son's wedding which was held at the Outrigger Waipouli and we couldn't have wished for anything better. Everyone at the resort was extremely professional, helpful and kind. The wedding and reception were both held in the beautiful gardens at the resort and Shelby, Amanda and others made the reception extra special with their efforts. Likewise all the staff at Remax who promptly answered all queries in regard to our booking, (very much appreciated when you live on the other side of the world), and our special thanks must go to all who assisted with our booking and ultimate accommodation.
  
  We had a wonderful time at the resort and brought home wonderful and treasured memories of a beautiful wedding and a new found love of Hawaii and it's people. Many, many Mahalo's to all the staff at Remax for your kind and friendly attention and we would (in fact already have) recommend you to any family or friends considering travel to Hawaii in the future. Last but not least if we are ever fortunate enough to return to Kauai, we would not look anywhere else for our accommodation. The airport, shopping and sightseeing were all within easy reach, particularly the shopping centre across the road. Once again, many Mahalo's to all, you are truly blessed to live in such an amazing and beautiful place.

  all of you were so kind and patient with me when I was having computer and printer problems, etc.
  The 3 condos worked just great and we tried to do everything we could while we were there. The ZIP line and helicopter were my favorite.
  It was impossible to read in our condo living room, so it certainly needs better lighting. Everything else good, and stocked so well. Again, thank you for the great service!

  Waipouli Beach Resort was everything promised and more. Great rooms with excellent amenities and outstanding pool. My only suggestion would be to provide access to additional barbeque grills onsite (only 2 are available and can be a little inconvenient to get to depending on location of your unit). All else was tremendous! Great beach, awesome pool and absolutely the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in!!! We are already booking our next trip back for '09. Can't wait!!!

  This condo had everything we needed from a fully loaded kitchen, to boogie boards and a full sized washer and dryer. I loved walking into the unit and smelling a "clean" smell and knowing that I wasn't going to have to clean before we unpacked. The pool towel exchange every day wsa wonderful and the kids really enjoyed the pool and slides. The only drawback was the view over the parking lot which could get pretty noisy when we had the doors open. The only suggestion that my husband and I have was to install ceiling fans in the bedrooms for air movement and noise reduction. When we were there it was pretty humid outside so we would run the A/C at night. Without ceiling fans running in the room, the room would get stuffy the minute the A/C kicked off. Otherwise, we had a GREAT stay!

  Been to Maui many times but this was the first time to Kauai. Loved our unit. We are a family of 5 and everyone said that this was the nicest place they had ever stayed. Location is central for checking out the entire island although the weather isn't the greatest. If we wanted a day in the sun we had to travel to Poipu or the north shore. The day before we left our entry code quit working. Management was helpful but this would have been horrible if it was earlier in our stay and had to call securtiy EVERY time we needed to get into unit. Otherwise liked not having to deal with keys and my adult children could come and go as they wished.
