  We stayed at the Outrigger Waipouli in 2008 and then returned for our honeymoon in 2009 and rented through REMAX and was able to get an ocean front 2 bedroom! We arrived late in the evening around 8:30pm so it was already dark. We were tired and hungry so we dropped our bags off and went to dinner. When we returned we unpacked and fell into bed. I woke up around 6 am and went out to the kitchen and for the first time I saw our view. What a view! From the kitchen, living room and dining room it is all ocean! You also have a wrap around balcony that goes from the 2nd bedroom to the living room. The master suite has it's own deck as well and it is very private. Everything was great. We saw monk seals almost everyday that swam to the beach and would lay there all day.
  Drawbacks of the unit (and there are not many) the parking lot lights are so bright they shine into the master suite thru the windows and are quite bright. Bring a night mask if you want to sleep all night, there was not a wine opener so we bought one and we left there for the next person. Very important!!! Overall great place and great location. Central to everything. Also check out Gaylords for a romantic dinner and great food.

  We had a great time, the facilities were great. Our only complaint is that the jacuzzis in the condo didn't work. We informed ReMax via email while we were there and they never bother to respond. But we enjoyed it.

  This is the second time we've booked through this property manager, and we will again. They've treated us very well both times.
  
  It is a great room with a fantastic view; very comfortable and clean. It in good shape and everything worked well (AC, washer/dryer, jet tubs, TV's, kitchen appliances, etc...)
  
  The ONLY blotch on what would otherwise be a perfect review is that the kitchen knives were all quite dull. We had to carve our Christmas turkey with the cheese knife. Oh, and if you're taller than 5'8", you get a pass on having to cook. The vent hood above the stove is very sturdy and low, causing many loud explitives to be broadcast from the galley.

  This is a fabulous condo. Our issues were not with the property itself but with the agency we rented from. The rental agent had not really prepared for our arrival. It was necessary for personel at the resort to find our keys and to assist with the Air Conditioning in this unit. I would suggest that the rental agency tell people in advance how the system works and to have it turned on in advance of guests' arrival.

  We had a marvelous time and cannot wait to return. The views are magnificent and the home is beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer...a week was definitely not enough time to enjoy everything Kauai has to offer. We participated in so many activities that we did not have enough tine to enjoy the pool, beachside, the restaurant/bar... on the ocean with the great live music every evening. We just have to come back! The only suggestion would be a better fold-out bed in the living room. Kids ended up sleeping on the floor, but they loved it....hearing crashing waves, and the view of the ocean first thing in the morning, who wouldn't! I was lucky enough to be able to vacation with my daughter, son in-law, and grandchildren (ages: M/12 & F/14). They did not want to leave, non of us did! We never turned the air on, as the breezes through the many sliders were wonderful! We are planning to return very soon.

  What can we say? The place right on the water's edge is absolutely amazing! We loved everything about it and had a wonderful time. We left the windows open at night to hear the ocean and it was so peaceful. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the lanai almost every morning. Does it get any better than this? We highly recommend this condo and Waipouli resort. At the same time we rented A207, we also rented A301 from another property manager. This condo was also lovely and our family thoroughly enjoyed. The resort itself was very conveniently located. We walked across the street daily for shopping, starbucks, and to enjoy the local musicians. Was really wonderful. The pool at the resort was fun - the child's pool is perfect for the little ones - our 2 year old grandson loved it - was just his size. You cannot go wrong with staying at waipouli. It is centrally located and A207 is one of the best condos. Thanks!

  Just recently enjoyed a 5 night stay in A207 -- gorgeous. If you enjoy a beach location, with the sound of the waves rocking you to sleep - then look no further! If you enjoy sleeping on wonderfully soft, luxurious sheets...look no further (actually, we found out the sheets were from Costco - but must've been the 600 thread count - simply yummy to sleep on!) This unit has absolutely everything you need to enjoy your time in Kauai - located midpoint on the island, its easy to go north, south, or simply stay put! Beach was perfect for sun-bathing (and we enjoyed seeing the monk seals on the sand!) - though too rocky and rough to swim in. My brother and his (then) fiancee tied the knot on the sand, under the tree that can be seen from the lanai.. Plenty of parking available -- The only downside -- we had some partygoers staying under us (in A107) that partied late into the night (in an otherwise very quiet resort) which woke us up at 3 the point where I did have to call security.... Pool was nice (on the cool-ish side) and hot tubs were nice, though some had a little foam floating on top..
  OVERALL IMPRESSIONS: would definitely come back if returning to this island!

  Only problem we had was the wifi connection in this unit was pretty much unusable. Signal strength in the hall was fine.

  If we ever go back to Hawaii, KAUAI would be the place to go back to and the same room we would love to rent again. The only problem is that Hawaii is so far from Rochester, New York and with the long flights to get there it may be awhile before we go back. Maui was nice but Kauai was nicer... The waves from the balcony were beautiful, the only thing we couldn't do from the beach there is swim, the rocks and waves were to much... The pool and hot tubs were nice and the kitchen was beautiful, not good for guys to cook on the stove though, the vent hits there heads... Thanks - Mahalo

  My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at Waipouli Condo A-207. The location of the condo could not be beat and the condition of the property was fantastic both inside and out. The pool area was fantastic. It was very clean and exceedingly comfortable, especially the bed. The view was marvelous and you couldn't be any closer to the beach. We enjoyed the privacy and the quiet even though we were in a busy area of the island. Amber at ReMax was very helpful and informative and the check in process was no problem. All of the staff members that we came in contact with were very pleasant and helpful. We would certainly recommend this condo and Amber at ReMax to our friends.

  This was the perfect spot, location could not be beat, condo was amazing!!!!! Pool was great for our toddlers and they got to feed the fish each morning, it made their day! There is also a great running path down the road of which you can rent bikes and see the coast. The place was amazing, we will definitely be back.
